Help & Support

Support on the use and development with the MK Data Hub is mostly handled through our helpdesk, using a ticketing systems to raise, track and communicate on issues. The help desk opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) and will aim to answer any queries within 2 hours during working hours, and the next working day of the issue being raised.

Questions

Before contacting the helpdesk, you might first want to check whether the answer is already in available through our FAQ pages. You could also share your question and support answering common queries through our developer forums.
